OPEN A GENERAL SUPPORT TICKET VIA EVOLVE DISCORD AFTER PURCHASE.

This product allows the purchaser to change the name of one (1) in-game character of their choosing. This service is intended for roleplay continuity and character management purposes, such as correcting naming errors, updating a character’s identity for approved story progression, or aligning a character’s name with server naming standards.

Character name changes provide players with the flexibility to refine their character’s identity while maintaining the integrity of roleplay, progression systems, and server balance.

Important Information

• Applies to one (1) selected character
• Character names must comply with server naming policies
• Name changes are subject to staff approval
• This service does not alter character progression, criminal records, employment history, assets, or statistics
• No in-game currency, items, or benefits are granted

Claim & Processing Window

After purchase, the buyer must open a General Support Ticket via the Evolve Discord within seventy-two (72) hours to claim this service.

If a support ticket is not opened within 72 hours of purchase, the product will be considered unclaimed and voided. Unclaimed services are not eligible for refunds, extensions, or reinstatement.
