OPEN A GENERAL SUPPORT TICKET VIA EVOLVE DISCORD AFTER PURCHASE.

This product allows the purchaser to permanently delete one (1) in-game character of their choosing from their account. This service is intended for account management and roleplay lifecycle purposes, such as retiring unused, abandoned, or no-longer-active characters.

Character deletion provides players with the ability to manage their character roster responsibly, clean up inactive characters, and make room for new roleplay concepts, while maintaining the integrity of the server’s economy, progression systems, and roleplay balance.

Important Information

• The selected character will be permanently removed from the database
• This action is irreversible
• No in-game currency, vehicles, items, properties, criminal records, or progression will be transferred, refunded, or restored
• All assets tied to the deleted character are forfeited

Claim & Processing Window

After purchase, the buyer must open a General Support Ticket via the Evolve Discord within seventy-two (72) hours to claim this service.

If a support ticket is not opened within 72 hours of purchase, the product will be considered unclaimed and voided. Unclaimed services are not eligible for refunds, extensions, or reinstatement.
